Was talked to very rudely by staff here today. The floor manager. The cashier (volunteer) was lovely. The manager had some weird hostile attitude instantly and told me "they are not value village" when I brought out my coupon while cashing out. Toxic environment created by this lady. Will not be returning. No matter how little one has, everyone deserves to be treated with respect.

Good store and I've spent a lot of money on good deals, won some great stuff on auctions and I'll always come back, but some workers aren't friendly (some are great). I was told how many points I have and when I asked if she could repeat it I got an "I JUST told you, ____." Another time I took my mother and I think it was the same lady that had an accusing tone asking her if something she was buying came in the same set which it clearly did by the pattern.

Jewelry, utensils, clothes: for children , and beyond. chairs ,sofas,beds, Christian books, computer desks, tables winter jackets, shoes among others...gentle used can be found there and if you want to donate anything do it between 10am-3pm strictly. Ovens,and other electronic items are tested and marked ,and my oven and slow cook pot works perfectly. The prices ar completely reasonable...enjoy your shopping.

EDIT: I've updated this review after speaking with the manager over the phone Id like to clarify that this was just a terrible person not a terrible store. The manager was so understanding and lovely and said she was really sorry and not to let it get to me and that she'll talk to the cashier. I really do like this store so i am hoping to build the confidence to come back as they usually have really cool stuff and good prices. If you have an issue here talk to the manager shes very nice and understanding. Majority of the staff are lovely but unfortunately there are some bad eggs as any place goes but i appreciate that the manager is not willing to tolerate mean behaviour 🙂👍 Original review below Extremely rude cashier today. I tried to buy a skirt but it didnt have a price tag she grabbed it out of my hands and said in a very snarky tone, if its not priced i cant sell it. As if im the one who took the pricetag off 👍 just because youre having a bad day doesnt mean you should take it out on strangers. But i guess since im a younger woman she decided itd be okay to be rude to me. Not the first time ive recieved rudeness from cashiers here. The stocking staff are lovely but the cashiers tend to be very rude and seem miserable. Unimpressed and dissapointed. Used to love this place ☹️
